No. Basic guidance is always provided in English. For full English instruction throughout, English-speaking staff can be added (+¥13,000).
Q. Do you need parking or a loading bay?
No. Our instructor travels by train with all equipment in a carry-on suitcase. No vehicle access needed.
Q. Can attendance numbers change on the day?
Yes, with advance notice. At WebX2025 we scaled flexibly from 60 to 80 participants between days.
Q. What are the cancellation terms?
No charge if cancelled 7+ days before. Within 5 days: 20%. Day before: 50%. Same day: 100%. Please notify us as early as possible.
Q. Can you issue a formal invoice for corporate expense processing?
