Q. What is the minimum number of participants?
A. We can accommodate from 1 participant. Simultaneous experiences can accommodate up to 20 participants. For larger groups, sessions can be conducted in multiple rounds.
Q. How long does it take?
A. Including setup and cleanup, approximately 1 hour or more. Duration can be adjusted based on group size and content, so please consult with us.
Q. What are the fees?
A. Instructor mobile service fee from ¥38,000 (tax included) + experience fee from ¥3,800 (tax included) per person. Experience fee includes matcha, Japanese sweets, and equipment rental.
Q. Do you offer English support?
A. Yes, English-speaking instructors can be arranged (from +¥13,000). Perfect for activities for international visitors to Japan.
Q. What is needed at the venue?
A. Please provide conference tables (approximately 100cm×70cm×70cm). We bring all equipment, so no other special preparation is required.
Q. I cannot sit in seiza position. Is that okay?
A. Since the experience is conducted at tables, seiza is not necessary. You can comfortably participate while sitting in chairs.
Q. How far in advance should I book?
A. We recommend booking at least 10 days before your desired experience date. Please contact us even for urgent requests.
Q. Are there cancellation fees?
A. Cancellations up to 7 days prior are free. Cancellation fees apply as follows: 5 days prior: 20%, day before: 50%, same day: 100%.
