We travel to hotels, offices, and event venues across Tokyo. The instructor brings all materials: brushes, ink, inkstone, calligraphy paper, and decorative board paper.

Any kanji character, a favourite word or motto, or your name — participants choose what they want to write.

How the Session Works

Step 1: Choose your characters

Decide what to write — kanji, a word, a name — and the instructor creates a model example on the spot.

Step 2: Practice on calligraphy paper

Participants practice as many times as they like, following the model. The instructor guides on brush technique and stroke order.

Step 3: Final piece on decorative board paper

The finished piece is written on decorative board paper — ready to take home.
