Q&A
Q. When do I need to return it by?
A. The return process is complete once you hand the box to the delivery company by 12:00 AM on the third day after the final scheduled use date and the shipment is dispatched.
Q. What is a chashaku?
A. It’s a tool for scooping matcha. You can substitute it with a teaspoon or similar utensil, so you don’t need to use it specifically to prepare the tea.
Q. What is a natsume?
A. It’s a container for holding matcha.
Q. Does matcha come with the set?
A. We apologize, but matcha must be provided by the customer.
Q. If I order for 20 people, will I receive 20 natsume and 20 chashaku?
A. No. The natsume and chashaku are shared equipment, so only one of each is provided. We do not supply them for each individual.
Q. How many individual plates can be used?
A. Individual plates are rented as a set of up to 10 plates.
We cannot provide enough for everyone, so please use them only if needed.
Q. Are the paper napkins rental items?
A. No, the paper napkins are purchased items. We send a pack of 30 sheets; no return is necessary.
Q. How many servings can I rent?
A. Rentals are available starting from 1 serving.
Tea bowls and whisks can be provided for up to 20 servings.
Q. How many natsume and chashaku are included?
A. Natsume and chashaku are provided as shared items, one of each. We do not provide one per person.
Q. Are individual plates, tea caddies, and tea scoops required?
A. They are not mandatory. For a simplified matcha experience, just the tea bowls and whisk are sufficient.
Q. How many sets of paper napkins should I purchase?
A. One set of 30 sheets is sufficient for experiences with 10 or more participants.
For larger groups or if you need extras, you can purchase multiple sets.
Q. Will I receive the same tools as in the photo?
A. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. The actual tools delivered may differ in type, color, or pattern from the photo.
