What you will experience

Japanese sweets making experience (60 min.)

You can experience making authentic kneaded dough with direct instruction from a Japanese confectionery meister.Our class uses natural powder made from 100% domestic vegetables as a coloring agent.You can enjoy making safe, nutritious, and beautiful wagashi.The wagashi you make can be enjoyed during the tea ceremony experience in the second half of the class, and if you wish to take them home, you will receive a special container to keep them in.

Matcha experience (30 min.)
