How to Use Our Service
STEP 1: Inquiry & Reservation

STEP 2: Shipping
We ship 2-3 days before your requested delivery date. You’ll receive email notification upon shipment.
STEP 3: Usage
Upon arrival, please check:
- Tea bowls are not broken
- Nothing is missing
- Review the included instruction materials
Keep the box and packing materials for return shipping.
STEP 4: Return
After use, pack items in the original box and hand to delivery service.
Return deadline: Complete shipping process by 24:00 on the 3rd day after final use
Return is complete once items arrive at our location. No notification needed.
