About Tea Ceremony Experience
Q. What can I experience?
A. You can experience making your own matcha (powdered green tea).
Please let us know if you would like the instructor to prepare the tea for everyone.
Q.What is the maximum number of people you can accommodate?
A.Usually up to 10 people, but please consult us if you need more than 10 people.
Q. How long does it take?
A. It takes about 1 hour or more including preparation and clean-up.
Q. Are you closed on holidays?
A. We are open all year round.
Q. Do I need to make a reservation?
A.Reservations are required, so please contact us using the application form or by e-mail.
Q.Can I wear a kimono?
A. No, we do not offer instruction in dressing.
Q.How much is the fee?
A. Instructor travel fee 33,000 yen and up (tax included)
Trial fee per person: 3,300 yen and up (tax included) *Reservations can be made from one person.

A. Yes, only on Saturdays and Sundays.
Q. Can I cancel my reservation?
A. Yes, it is possible. However, if you cancel on the day of the class, 100% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
Q.Is it okay if I am new to tea ceremony?
A. Most of our students have no experience, so please do not worry.
Q.Can I experience the tea ceremony even if I don’t know the etiquette?
A.You do not need to have any knowledge of the tea ceremony to participate in this plan.
Q. Can children participate?
A. There is no age limit, so please feel free to participate.
Q. I cannot sit on the floor.
A. No need to sit on the floor as it is done at a table, so please feel free to try it.
Q. Can you travel to my office or hotel?
A. Yes, we do.
Q. How much space do you need?
A. You will need a conference table (about 100 cm x 70 cm x 70 cm). Please prepare a separate table for guests.
If you are at home, please lend us part of your kitchen or dining table.
Q. How do I make a reservation?
A.Please use the contact form on our website or send us an e-mail.
Q.When should I make a reservation by?
A.Please apply at least 2 days prior to your desired date of trial.
Q.Do you accept same-day reservations?
A.Depending on the time and location, we may be able to accept reservations.

Q.Can one person participate?
A. Yes, from one person.
Reservation change
Q. Is it possible to change my reservation?
A. Please contact us at least two days in advance by e-mail with the reserved date and time, your name, and the date you wish to change.
Q. Can I cancel a reservation?
A. Please contact us by e-mail with the reserved date, time, and your name.
Q. Is there a cancellation fee?
A. If you contact us at least 7 days in advance, no charge will be made.
2 days prior: 20% of the cancellation fee,
The day before: 50% of the cancellation fee
If you cancel on the day of the event, 100% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
Application
Q. Where can you travel to?
A. Only in the Tokyo area.
Q. What should I do after applying?
A. After your application is submitted, we will send you an e-mail with information about pre-payment.
Please note that your reservation will be confirmed when payment is completed, and will be cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.
*The experience fee, business trip fee, sweets/matcha fee, and tea utensil rental fee are all included.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Q. Can you issue a receipt?
A. If you need us to issue a receipt, please write it in the “Request” column.
On the day of the experience
Q. Is there anything I need to bring?
A.There is nothing in particular that you need to bring.
Q. Can I participate in casual clothes?
A. There are no rules on what to wear, so please wear whatever you like.
About Rentals
Q. What will I receive?
A.Matcha bowl (1 per set), Chasen (1 per set), Chashaku, Matcha sifting can, materials on how to prepare tea and consent form.
Q.When do I have to return the items by?
A. The return procedure is completed when the box is handed over to the delivery company and shipped by 24:00 on the 5th day after the product arrives.
Q.What is a matcha sifting can?
A. Matcha should be sifted once before serving to prevent lumps from forming. Please sift the matcha once with a matcha sifting can before serving.
Q. What is a chashaku?
A. A chashaku is used to scoop matcha. You can also use a teaspoon or other utensil in place of a chashaku, so you do not need to use a chashaku to make tea.
Q. Does it come with sweets?
A. We apologize, but due to expiration dates and other issues, we ask that you bring your own snacks.
Q. Can you teach me how to make tea?
A. If you are unable to learn how to do it even after reading the materials and would like us to teach you directly, we can teach you directly to one representative at a cost of 12,000 yen per trip.
Q. Can I cancel the order?
A. Yes, as long as it is before the shipment. No cancellation fee will be charged.
Q. What if I need more products?
A. Please contact us by e-mail or call the emergency contact listed in the e-mail.
We will make arrangements as soon as possible.
Q.The product I received is damaged.
A. We take the utmost care to ensure that our customers can use our products comfortably, but since they include broken items, they may be chipped during shipping.
If you find excessive damage such as a broken teacup, please contact us.
