A. Usually 2-4 business days. Please order with enough time before your departure date.

A. No. We select the freshest matcha available at the time based on stock. Brand and origin cannot be specified.
Q. Can I purchase chasen only?
A. Currently we do not sell chasen separately. Please purchase the matcha + chasen set.
Q. Can I order together with tool rental?
A. Yes. Please mention matcha purchase when making your rental reservation. Rental users receive 5% off (Code: will be sent by email).
Q. What is the shelf life of matcha?
A. Approximately 6 months unopened. After opening, store in refrigerator and consume within 1 month.
